Nimoo Bazgo Hydroelectric Project

The Nimoo Bazgo Hydroelectric Project, located on the Indus River near Leh, Jammu & Kashmir, uses a run-of-the-river design. Encardio Rite supplied and installed key geotechnical instrumentation, including borehole extensometers, load cells, water level sounders, and piezometers. The instrumentation also features advanced monitoring systems like pore pressure meters, temperature sensors, and seepage measurement devices. The real-time data collected supports the efficient operation and safety of this vital power project developed by NHPC and contracted by HCC.
